Joy began her career in Chicago Real Estate because of her passion to work with people and help them achieve their dreams. Her professionalism and dedication to providing every client with the highest level of service comes naturally to her from years of experience in the banking industry where she worked as a Private Client Banker servicing the mass affluent clients caring balances north of 250,000 to 5 millions.

Joy also worked as a Training Manager and her love for guiding and coaching is obvious when it comes to her specialty – first time home buyers.  She also enjoys working with those with past experience in buying and selling properties and is an ideal agent for those looking to purchase/sell for investment.

Joy keeps her finger on the pulse of real estate market, so that her clients have the latest and best information available. Her success depends on treating her client’s real estate needs as the most important thing in the world and she will not be satisfied until they are happy with the job she has done. Joy is a positive and helpful partner for buying or selling and will provide the most hassle-free transaction possible.

European native, Joy attended college overseas achieving a Master of Art degree and later on attended a college in Chicago graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In her free time she enjoys yoga, running the North Chicago trail or playing with her son outdoors. Joy loves all the great things about her city and especially the diversity of culture, food, and lifestyles.
